House Rules

At Captain Woody's Bar & Grill we take great pride in offering superior food and drink at reasonable prices. We always strive to provide our customers with an enjoyable atmosphere along with friendly and efficient service. Below are some practical guidelines regarding Captain Woody's policies. We suggest you sit back, get a cold drink and enjoy reading them. Enjoy your visit and we hope to see you soon.

Warning

Captain Woody's is not a politically correct establishment. We sometimes get the loud, drunken Boat Captains. Don't worry, they don't BITE. We will try to make sure that they don't interrupt your dinner.

Alcohol And You

You must present valid identification in order to consume alcohol, no matter how old you are. A very simple law. NO I.D. = NO BOOZE. You must be at least 21 years of age to stay in the bar after 10:00 p.m. We also have the right not to serve anyone who is visibly intoxicated or acting like a clown.

Peak Hours and Seating

If we are on a wait for tables, make sure to give your name to the hostest or host. We do not seat incomplete parties during any peak time. If we are very busy, and you have finished eating and drinking, we may ask you to give up your table. Don't be offended, because someday when you're the one waiting, it will make you very happy!

Fresh Food Notice

This isn't fast food, it's good food. All items on our menu are fresh, and cooked to order. If we're very busy, your order may take a little longer than usual. Any "well-done" beef items may also take a little longer. It is plain and simple, it has to COOK!

Take-Out Orders

Just phone'em in and pick'em up. Sorry, we don't deliver. All menu items, descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. You will be given an approximate pick-up time for your order, so please try to be on time so your food does not get cold and soggy. Please check the contents of your order BEFORE you leave.

Gratuity & Separate Checks

An 18% gratuity MAY be added to your check if you are a party of SIX or more. We also MAY NOT separate checks if your party is SIX or more.

The "NO" List

NO smoking inside the restaurant. WHY? Because it is the LAW!
NO personal checks WHY? Because they BOUNCE!
NO PETS allowed IN the restaurant. WHY? Because this is not a ZOO! Please feel free to have your animals outside, but please have them on a leash and have CONTROL over them.

Guarantee

If you are not served within five minutes, we promise you'll be served within ten or fifteen. Don't get a knot in your shorts, just relax and enjoy the atmosphere. We hope you enjoy your time at Captain Woody's.

**If you go out fishing with one of our HHI Boat Captains and catch a big fish, but don't have anywhere to cook it, we will gladly prepare it for you for a small fee. We will cook it fried, grilled or blackened with fries and slaw for $21.95 per person. For us to cook your fish properly PLEASE make sure the fish is already SKINNED.
